Organisation of studies

• The studies will be organised according to the Bologna principles as the second cycle of the accepted 3+2 educational system, offering a flexible education in accordance with the needs of agricultural business in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• All modules will be developed by the working groups (WG), established during the first meeting of the SC. Each WG has two coordinators: one from EU and one from B&H. They are free to create a detailed curriculum, teaching material and basic literature. Teachers from B&H, in charge of module preparation, will visit their EU partners in order to agree upon curriculum, literature and other important items concerning creation and realisation of modules.
• Materials for modules will be prepared at least at the level of detailed handouts, and they will be implemented by the Project Focal Point (PFP). PFP is a university responsible for organization and preparation of a certain module; it is responsible for all resources for one module (personnel, materials, equipment) and will provide the exam for that module. 
• The University of Sarajevo is responsible for 5 modules, University of Banjaluka also for 5 modules and University of Mostar for 2 modules.
• The internal committee for quality assurance will prepare the forms for curriculum structure. Formular
• Implementation of one module will last for 4 weeks. EU professors will give lectures for 5 days, i.e. 15 hours, and local professor, the module bearer, 3 weeks. It is also possible to engage teachers from other two university, if necessary, but also teachers from other faculties in B&H.

The advertisement will be published twice, in July and in September 2007. All information concerning enrolment and studies will be given in the student’s leaflet that can be obtained at the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences of the University of Sarajevo and at the project web site.

All enrolled students will have to sign an agreement with the Faculty, the project coordinator
